The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, microservices, and cloud-native practices, with a focus on observability, performance, and secure coding.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Experience leading tech teams and architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and drive reliable software delivery.
• Review requirements, refine stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Guide architecture, align services, and ensure engineering consistency across teams.
• Lead code reviews, refactoring, and reduce technical debt while optimizing performance.
• Improve microservices observability and reliability practices across the stack.
• Mentor developers and promote software engineering best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate multi-team dependencies.
