Our client Eliassen Group seeks a Sr. Java Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation electronic trading systems in a high-performing Trade Management group. You will architect distributed, event-driven platforms for low latency and high throughput, mentor engineers, and drive platform resilience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• Experience with low latency trading systems, capital markets, and order management.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop distributed, event-driven trading systems.
• Design asynchronous processing frameworks and resilient messaging services.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver end-to-end trading workflows.
• Lead performance tuning and optimization across the platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support production and non-production environments, including on-call rotation.
