Job summary

DigitalXNode is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Application Engineer for a U.S.-based Insurance Technology client. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical policy and claims management applications, with emphasis on front-end and back-end enterprise systems.

This fully remote engagement offers flexible arrangements (full-time, part-time, or contractual) and requires collaboration with external partners, vendors, and leadership to deliver scalable software

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of hands-on full-stack enterprise application development experience.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and front-end frameworks (React or Angular).
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
• Experience interacting with business leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain policy and claims management applications.
• Build front-end web applications with modern front-end technologies.
• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support system integrations across multiple business applications.
• Ensure data integrity and application security standards.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
