Job summary

LeoForce in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale modern web applications across frontend and backend. You will own end-to-end architecture, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in cloud-native systems.

The role focuses on Python backend (Django/Flask), REST/GraphQL APIs, React/Node frontend, and deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP with DevOps and CI/CD. You will collaborate with product and data teams in a fast-paced financial services context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and modern web architectures.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience using AI development techniques.
• Strong software design patterns, testing, and scalable architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure layers

Required Qualifications
