Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Sr Project Manager – IT Site Builds to lead IT delivery for new site builds, expansions, relocations, and retrofit projects. You will coordinate across Infrastructure, Security, Facilities, and Vendors to meet go-live milestones.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure project management, strong communication, and governance experience. This position is remote and supports travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience managing projects involving network, wireless, datacenter readiness, UCaaS, structured cabling, and end-user technology deployments.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery for site builds, modifications, relocations, and retrofit projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and readiness checkpoints across IT workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Infrastructure, Security, Facilities, Construction, Procurement, PMO, and vendors.
• Facilitate meetings, readiness reviews, and executive communications; track milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Support budget development, forecasting, POs, vendor quotes, and change control within governance.
