BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to attract top-tier executives for C-level and VP roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, engaging Fortune 500 executives and high-potential candidates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in executive recruitment, exceptional communication, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency in English is essential, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of recruitment experience, including executive/C-level recruitment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Sales is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent self-management and ability to prioritize tight deadlines.
• Native or near-native English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for senior and executive-level positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key market players, from internal leadership to HR business partners and potential candidates.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies targeted at senior and executive-level talent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
