Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst for a contractor assignment on the Commercial Lines BOP team. You’ll collaborate with business and delivery members to test new features, performing functional and risk-based testing within an Agile/SCRUM environment to deliver value-added business and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or UAT.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business or IT field with 4+ years of related testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes end-to-end testing across the policy lifecycle including quote, bind, issue, endorsement, renewal, cancellation, reinstatement, rewrite, and servicing.
• Validates underwriting rules, business decision logic, eligibility, and rating calculations against requirements and state regulations.
• Performs database and data validation testing using SQL queries to verify processing and data integrity.
• Identifies, documents, triages, retests, and verifies defects using Azure DevOps and collaborates with developers and stakeholders.
• Performs regression testing to assess feature impacts and stability of existing functionality.
• Supports production releases through validation, post-deployment testing, and issue investigation.
