Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise technology projects from planning through delivery and transition.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical resources, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-up on key decisions and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project spend, vendor invoices, resource utilization, and project run rate.
