The role requires seven years of IT process development experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and expertise in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with seven years IT process development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
• Strong knowledge of IT quality management processes, service delivery guidelines, root cause analysis, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Document current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze processes, data points, and controls to determine performance gaps and make recommendations.
• Aggregate and analyze performance data at program and enterprise levels.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to established processes.
• Develop and maintain framework for internal record controls and SOPs.
• Communicate process enhancements and prioritize project requests within business areas.
• Establish policy manuals, train staff on established processes, and ensure ongoing improvement.
