Alliant is seeking a Sr. IT PM/BA to join a fully remote team, overseeing initiatives across enterprise applications from intake through implementation and handoff to support.

You will gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders, translate them into deliverables, and manage vendor selection, demos, and compliance with external partners. The role requires independent work across cross-functional teams, ability to navigate ambiguity, and accountability through project completion

• Able to elicit and document end-to-end business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise application initiatives from intake to implementation with change management focus.
• Manage full lifecycle, including vendor evaluation, demos, and compliance.
