Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior IT M&A Integration Project Manager for a remote, direct-hire role. Salary is $140,000-$160,000 plus a 10% bonus, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available; US work authorization required.

Lead end-to-end IT integration initiatives across multiple firms, coordinating with technology teams, MSPs, finance and HR to align IT with business goals. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management with a strong M&A focus.
• Managing multiple M&A projects across different companies.
• Advanced knowledge of M&A lifecycle and IT post-close integration.
• Excellent relationship building with partners and directors of acquired firms.
• Hands-on IT integration management during M&A (pre-close, due diligence, post-close).
• Able to travel roughly 20%.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration before and after deal close using structured playbooks.
• Manage standalone and tuck-in integrations into larger platforms.
• Develop and oversee detailed roadmaps, plans, timelines and budgets.
• Conduct readiness assessments and scoping workshops for smooth integrations.
• Partner with tech teams, MSPs, finance, HR and leadership to align IT with business goals.
• Oversee migrations, data harmonization, and infrastructure consolidations.
• Ensure secure data transfer per standards.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies with governance methods.
• Provide dashboards and executive status reports.
• Support change management including communication and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and build an IT Integration Center of Excellence.
