Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst and Planner to join our medical device manufacturing organization in a fully remote capacity. You will design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure to support manufacturing, R&D, information security, and regulatory compliance across a highly regulated environment.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmapping, vendor management, and risk mitigation, with strong collaboration across manufacturing, applications, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure planning in regulated environments (medical device preferred).
• Proven track record in financial analysis, vendor management, and IT risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT infrastructure planning and roadmaps for manufacturing and R&D.
• Develop KPIs and monitor IT performance, uptime, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs with vendors and monitor performance.
• Identify IT risks and implement mitigation aligned with HIPAA, GDPR and regulations.
• Oversee project execution for upgrades and migrations with remote coordination.
• Ensure documentation and audits are up to date and ready for regulatory review.
