Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Data Platform to drive end-to-end software projects in a highly regulated medical device environment.

You will manage multiple releases, develop detailed schedules, track risks, and report milestones to cross-functional teams and executives. In this role you’ll coordinate software development, QA, Regulatory, and Operations, ensure adherence to design controls, and lead meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5–8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2–5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0–2 years experience.
• Experience in regulated medical device environment is a plus.
• Strong project management, communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program management activities for complex software projects from concept to regulatory filing and commercialization.
• Develop, track and report on project plans, schedules, risks, change requests, and deliverables to management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead project and status meetings with internal teams, executives and external partners with clear communication.
• Coordinate activities across software development, QA, Regulatory, and Operations while guiding priorities and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal design control and regulatory requirements for all program aspects.
• Motivate teams to ensure successful project completion.
