Job summary

MAXIMUS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst - IT Business Systems to define functional and non-functional requirements and frame user stories for system usage, ensuring acceptance criteria are met with input from product owners.

You will conduct business process analysis, document functional designs, and test end-to-end functionality of MPC including CRM and Genesys integration, collaborating with QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure HIPAA-compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Agile methodologies and project management experience.
• Structured business analysis with focus on healthcare systems.
• Experience in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Power BI and Advanced Excel for data reporting.
• Proven ability to document designs and create user manuals.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Perform business process analysis and workflow mapping to convert user needs into specs.
• Document functional designs with input from product owners, developers and architects.
• Test end-to-end functionality of MPC including CRM and Genesys integration.
• Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment of requirements with development teams.
