Qualifications

10+ years of IT project or program management experience.
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
Experience leading multi-vendor environments.
Experience supporting senior executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise AI tools used in law firms (e.g., Copilot, Harvey).
Experience in law firms or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, including technology implementations and transformation programs.
Oversee end-to-end management of AI initiatives, from scoping to delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and governance across IT and business units.
Ensure vendor deliverables align with objectives and timelines.
