Qualifications

• Senior project or program management experience in cross-functional tech delivery.
• Experience in SAFe, Agile, or structured Agile environments.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for work tracking, coordination, or reporting.
• Experience coordinating testing, release readiness, dependencies, and issue resolution across teams.
• Strong risk and issue management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with external vendors or partners.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across value streams, tech teams, and external partners to align ownership and timelines.
• Drive end-to-end test readiness with data, environments, resources, and participation.
• Oversee end-to-end testing across systems and teams, keeping to schedule.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to prevent blockers.
• Track, assign, resolve, and retest defects across teams.
• Elevate risks, blockers, and readiness gaps early.
• Coordinate with external partners on testing schedules and commitments.
• Maintain visibility into test readiness, dependencies, defects, risks, milestones.
• Participate in planning across value streams to align capacity and schedules.
• Support AI initiatives and enterprise technology programs as needed.
