Qualifications

• Experience managing RMF across multiple concurrent systems.
• Ability to develop SSPs, SARs, SAPs, POA&Ms, and CPs.
• Proficiency with NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and CNSSI 1253.
• Experience mentoring junior ISSOs.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the RMF lifecycle from categorization to continuous monitoring.
• Develop and maintain RMF documentation including SSPs, SARs, SAPs, POA&Ms, and contingency/incident plans.
• Conduct multiple concurrent RMF assessments and ensure documentation in JCAM.
• Assess and authorize emerging technologies, adapting control baselines as needed.
• Manage BOE packages for assessments and audits.
• Review vulnerability results and drive POA&M remediation to closure.
• Provide security metrics and dashboard reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, CNSSI 1253, and client policies.
• Coordinate assessment workflow in JIRA and maintain status visibility.
• Mentor ISSO staff and develop SOPs and process docs.
