• Handle ad hoc requests following procedures to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide inquiry research and resolution for member-level issues.
• Log, track and report progress of issue resolution to contact center and account teams.
• Provide website assistance for assigned clients.
• Resolve escalated participant issues.
• Provide reports as requested.
• Handle other client inquiries and duties as assigned.
