Job summary

World Vision International seeks a Senior Manager, Investigations Operations to lead a global investigations network across field offices and regions. You will guide development of standardized tools, protocols, and training to ensure high-quality investigations that align with external standards and WV’s mission.

The role requires coordinating with diverse stakeholders, managing a team of Regional Investigative Specialists, and driving efficiency improvements in intake, triage, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related higher education.
• Formal professional training and/or internationally recognized certification as an investigator in fraud or workplace behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align investigations operations across diverse WV teams and field offices.
• Act as senior SME for tools and protocols used by investigators across the network.
• Manage regional investigators and oversee intake, triage, and reporting of incidents and complaints.
• Ensure training and adherence to standardized guidelines for all investigators.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to address operational issues and identify process improvements.
• Oversee the Workplace Investigations Training Programme and Knowledge Check enrolments.

Education

Professional investigator certification (fraud/workplace investigations)
