Job summary

GiveDirectly is seeking a senior leader to establish and head a new Central Intake and Investigations Hub. The role will lead complex investigations, set organizational standards, and drive impact across the company.

The candidate will work closely with People, Internal Audit, and Safeguarding teams. You will manage a team and scale the function through technology and data, bringing trauma-informed practice across international contexts.

• 5-7 years leading workplace misconduct investigations.
• Experience across multiple countries and legal contexts, with trauma-informed practice.
