Job summary

Equs is hiring a remote-focused integrations lead to drive adoption of the EQUS Developer Toolkit for diverse organizations, from banks to educational platforms. You’ll own technical design, connect identity and back-end systems, and guide customers through security reviews.

You’ll work with customers from architecture to credential in production, building sample integrations, writing documentation, and feeding learnings back into the product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer, integration engineer or technical consultant.
• Experience with enterprise customers in regulated or security-conscious sectors is a plus.
• Hands-on with REST APIs and at least one back-end language (TypeScript/Node, Java/Kotlin or Python).
• Familiarity with verifiable credentials and digital identity standards (OID4VCI, OID4VP, SD-JWT VC) is beneficial.
• Ability to read OpenAPI specs and design integrations; strong written communication for docs and security answers.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations from kickoff to production.
• Design customer solutions and guide IAM Bring Your Own IdP and OAuth client setup.
• Onboard customers, provision tenants, issue credentials, and manage connectors.
• Coordinate security reviews and due diligence with partners and customers.
• Create quickstarts, sample code, and reusable integration packs for various sectors.
