Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team. You will work under the guidance of an Account Manager, ensuring renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries are handled accurately and timely.

You will help with policy management, carrier submissions, and maintaining data integrity in agency systems, while contributing to service excellence and continuous improvement in a remote role

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing, CISR designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business activities, including submissions, proposals, and issue follow-ups.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
