Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to design and develop enterprise-wide eLearning and training materials.

This role focuses on creating engaging, standards-aligned content, including courses, videos, and quick reference guides, often in collaboration with subject matter experts. The position supports a remote work model with standard office collaboration when needed, and emphasizes timely delivery and high-quality instructional design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructionally sound eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Develop course outlines and scripts through design/development phases.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create and implement courses and resources.
• Establish guidelines for instructional design, content development, and project management.
