Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for a prominent client. This is a 100% remote, contract role of 3 months with potential extensions. The pay range is $60-62/hr, fully remote.

The position focuses on developing and optimizing enterprise learning programs, creating engaging content, and applying AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum required.
• 4-5 years of Instructional design experience, learning content development, and/or learning program evaluation methods.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation and visual content development skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimization of enterprise learning programs and create engaging learning content.
• Design and develop high-quality learning content using instructional design best practices.
• Create training materials, presentations, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Define learning objectives and measurable outcomes for programs.
• Develop and maintain learning content repositories and governance processes.
• Build cross-modal learning pathways to support diverse learner needs.
• Track and evaluate learning program effectiveness using measurement methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training programs and learner engagement.
