Job summary

NuvemRx is hiring an experienced Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer in the United States. You will manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, lead a cross-functional team, and implement secure, scalable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments including virtualization, cloud platforms, and identity systems.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID with measurable outcomes in stability, security, and efficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory administration—Users & Groups, Group Policy, DNS, and RBAC—and proven application of best practices.
• PowerShell automation expertise: design, develop, govern, and maintain scalable scripts and automation frameworks that reduce operational toil.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID with security and identity governance in mind.
• Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Engineering, Architecture & Security to design cloud security controls and access management frameworks.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain Azure solutions across compute, storage, networking, and security for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Application Development to ensure cloud infrastructure meets performance and availability requirements.
• Support Pharmacy Management Implementations and Migrations and Manage the Call Center Technology Solution(s).
• Provide technical leadership for Active Directory, Intune, RMM and Security Vulnerability platforms, driving stability and modernization initiatives.
