Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience solving complex business problems through analytics.
• Define problems and analytical approaches where no established process exists.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking across diverse and incomplete data sources.
• Experience presenting complex findings to senior leaders.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS or population health data.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from problem identification through measurement of results.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify causes and opportunities.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
