Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support value-based program expansion and provider collaboration on the Service Fund team. You will help develop, implement, and value new programs while maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities include complex SQL work, monthly reporting, ad hoc analyses, and support for provider payments. Travel may be required; remote work is possible depending on role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 5+ years of data analysis experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• 2+ years' advanced experience developing complex SQL queries.
• 1+ years' experience with Healthcare related data (Provider, Insurance, etc.).
• Experience with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
• Advanced experience working with large, complex data sets in large organizations.
• Experience communicating to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes complex SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other technical skills to drive process improvements and manage value-based relationships.
• Conducts research and produces monthly activity reporting to explain data reconciliations and implications for programs.
• Assists in producing reports and completing ad hoc requests using Excel and analytics tools.
• Supports payments to value-based specialists.
• Aids in evaluating new value-based program opportunities.
