Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Informaticist to partner with CenterWell Traditional Pharmacy and other stakeholders to translate complex challenges into structured questions and grounded recommendations.

You will investigate drivers of performance, test hypotheses, and help leaders understand what actions will improve outcomes while leveraging AI-assisted analytics tools. The role requires 5+ years of analytics experience, healthcare data knowledge, and the ability to influence decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience solving complex problems using data, operations or strategy.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
• Proven impact through data-driven decisions in healthcare contexts.
• Excellent communication to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims or population health.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI or Tableau.
