Job summary

Open Roles is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead high-budget influencer campaigns and mentor junior team members. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, manage demanding clients, and drive strategic conversations across cross-functional groups in a remote-first environment.

You will guide negotiations, optimize campaigns, and build data-driven reports to demonstrate ROI. A strong track record in influencer channels and AI-driven strategies is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing high-budget influencer campaigns.
• Experience with $1M+ quarterly accounts and demanding clients.
• Mentor or coach junior team members.
• Advanced contract negotiation and redline evaluation.
• Proficient with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence).
• AI fluency: crafting and teaching prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-budget, intricately structured campaigns.
• Manage demanding clients with custom processes.
• Lead senior client calls and escalate only major risks.
• Push back on client requests with alternatives.
• Flag scope creep with manager alignment.
• Lead multi-platform influencer campaigns: outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content review, reporting.
• Create and track workback schedules and influencer trackers.
• Mentor Associate & Junior Account Managers on execution and problem-solving.
• Collaborate across Paid Media, Market Insights, Creative, and Client Partner teams.
