Job summary

Alkami Technology is seeking a Sr Project Manager, Implementation to lead complex client implementation projects across Alkami Digital Banking solutions. You will independently manage portfolios, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive customer-facing execution to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.

The role requires advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving to mitigate risks and improve delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience managing complex implementation projects and customer-facing delivery activities.
• Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack or similar tools.
• Experience identifying risks, escalations, and dependencies in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects with schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as primary implementation lead for assigned customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across Product Development, Customer Success, Engineering, and Support.
• Monitor sprint progress, release schedules, and product dependencies.
• Prepare status reports, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate customer-facing meetings and track action items.
