Job summary

Karbon, the global leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms, seeks Karbon Experts to design, implement, and optimize client workflows within the Karbon platform. As a Karbon Expert, you will partner with accounting firms to translate daily operations into scalable, repeatable processes, deliver configuration and template design, and guide end-to-end deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience working within an accounting firm and understanding how firms manage client work, deadlines, and team collaboration.
• Hands-on experience using Karbon in real-world firm environments.
• Ability to consult with firm leaders, administrators, and operations teams to design and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Consult on firm workflows and translate processes into structured, scalable workflows within Karbon.
• Lead or support implementations with onboarding, configuration, and transition to the platform.
• Design and optimize Karbon work templates to ensure efficient, repeatable processes.
• Deliver training sessions and enable users to confidently use Karbon features.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous improvement.
