Proscia, a leader in pathology AI software, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Philadelphia to shape how we position our platform and drive adoption across labs and health systems. You will own GTM strategy, messaging, and cross-functional collaboration to translate technology into business impact.

You will develop ICPs and personas, lead launches, and translate clinical workflows into compelling narratives for pathologists, executives, and IT leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B software marketing.
• Experience in healthcare or diagnostics market.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Fluency with AI tools in research, analysis, writing, and workflows.
• Ability to distill complex tech into clear messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Become the market expert across pathology workflows and buying dynamics.
• Own the product narrative, refine ICPs and buyer personas, and craft positioning and proof.
• Help Sales with compelling narratives and plays that focus on customer problems, not features.
• Lead end-to-end launches with aligned teams and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate product capabilities credibly.
