Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to lead corporate immigration efforts, securing work visas and green cards for foreign national employees. The role collaborates with attorneys and paralegals to prepare petitions to DHS, DOL, and DOS, and supports client accounts with updates and strategic advice.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in high-volume immigration, experience with NIV visas, and PERM processes, with capability to mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in the United States.
• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume business immigration environment.
• Experience with NIV visa types: H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, L-1, O-1.
• Experience with PERM process: PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff including paralegals and junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cases and assist in providing case strategies and solutions.
• Guide clients and employees through immigration processes.
• Regularly communicate with client accounts regarding legal updates and immigration developments.
• Review petitions and responses to government inquiries for US immigration benefits.
• Review petitions for global immigration benefits prepared by paralegals and external counsel.
