Erickson Immigration Group seeks a Senior Attorney (NIV/LABS) to join our expanding team in a fully remote capacity. Manage a high-volume caseload of U.S. employment-based visas and supervise paralegals for key clients.

Conduct in-depth legal research and present strategic solutions for complex immigration matters. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in business immigration, a U.S. J.D., and a good standing bar.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business immigration attorney experience.
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and bar in good standing.
• Ability to develop complex case strategies and supervise staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based visas and petitions.
• Supervise a team of paralegals for high-volume clients.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support requests.
• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions for clients.
• Draft letters and legal documents based on precedents.
• Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
• Utilize case management systems and collaboration tools (Salesforce/Litify, Zoom).
