Qualifications

• Bar Admission required in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant petitions.
• Tech-focused mindset with interest in digital upskilling and automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate with clients, attorneys, and analysts.
• High attention to detail in legal filings and strict adherence to U.S. immigration policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant) including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies aligned with business needs and risk mitigation.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and operations.
• Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Lead client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster growth and uphold ethical legal practices.
