Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior Project Consultant for Identity & M365 Security to lead complex security projects for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will architect Entra ID, design Conditional Access, implement MFA/passwordless, and drive Defender XDR and Purview deployments across hybrid and cloud environments.

Remote-focused role with occasional onsite travel for kickoff and milestones; strong governance, security best-practices, and Zero Trust alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 6–10 years delivering Microsoft identity, security, and modernization solutions (hybrid and cloud).
• Proven experience with Entra ID security architecture and CA/MFA/passwordless.
• Experience deploying Defender XDR, Purview, and security migrations from third-party tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects aligned to approved SOWs with scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Lead technical execution across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud Microsoft solutions.
• Participate in customer kickoff meetings, workshops, and solution reviews.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain project documentation.
