Voith Hydro is hiring a Sr. Site Supervisor to oversee hydro power plant equipment installations, upgrades and maintenance at a York, PA site. The role requires leading site teams, detailed planning, and ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence in a remote-capable position.

You will drive erection/commissioning efforts, manage subcontractors, sustain strong customer relations and identify on-site sales opportunities while upholding quality and performance standards across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Travel up to 90% of the time; flexibility required.
• Substantial supervisory success in power plant or industrial systems.
• Experience in construction, hydro or journeyman trades preferred.
• Strong leadership with planning, organizing and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for team leadership.

Aufgaben

• Single point accountability for site work planning and performance and all site employees.
• Perform detailed planning of all site work, including interfaces and hand-offs with support groups.
• Provide leadership in erection and commissioning of hydro equipment and supporting systems.
• Meet safety, quality, cost, schedule and scope management goals.
• Maintain customer relationships with high-quality, safety and professional standards.
• Accountable for financial performance of on-site activities.
• Identify and communicate additional sales opportunities with sales/project management.
• Continuously improve field performance by sharing best practices.
