Job summary

Voith Group in York, PA is hiring a Project Quality Manager to lead quality governance for hydroelectric projects from bid through turnover. You will ensure customer, contractual, regulatory and company quality requirements are planned, deployed, monitored and achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

The role reports to Head of Project Quality and requires collaboration with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, construction and commissioning, with occasional travel to supplier, manufacturing

Qualifications

• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Experience with quality systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall quality leadership and governance for hydro projects from bid phase through turnover.
• Ensure customer, contractual, regulatory, statutory, environmental, and company quality requirements are planned, deployed, monitored, measured, and achieved.
• Serve as primary quality representative within project teams and support various stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Report to Head of Project Quality and maintain ownership for quality performance, risks, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Travel occasionally to supplier, manufacturing, project, or customer sites as required.
