Veriforce is seeking an HSE Specialist to help clients design, implement, and mature contractor risk management programs aligned with OSHA regulations and industry standards. You will conduct risk assessments, benchmark performance, and provide data‑driven insights to reduce risk and improve safety across multiple industries.

The role involves 30%–40% travel within the US, collaboration with diverse clients, and development of training resources.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in HSE, with contractor risk management, compliance and safety auditing.
• Safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHST, SMS or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OSHA legislation, risk management frameworks and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze and benchmark contractor performance metrics and derive insights.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations; high-quality written resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emerging safety trends and Veriforce products is a plus.

• Develop and deliver presentations, training, and written resources for clients.
• Research and establish robust HSE protocols to enhance contractor safety.
• Represent the organization at industry events and promote leadership in contractor safety.
• Stay informed on OSHA developments and industry trends to improve services.
