Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Implementations, to support new site openings, relocations and site closures across the United States, with virtual/work-from-home elements and preference for Florence, KY area.

The role partners with project teams within People & Organization to deliver HR solutions, recruitment support, training, compensation guidance, and compliance across sites, while traveling up to 50% locally and domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required.
• 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field is required. Experience opening new sites and/or managing multiple projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject matter expert for HR functions within project teams.
• Creates and executes project schedules to ensure milestones are met.
• Provides HR solutions including recruitment, compensation and policy development.
• Supports HR for new sites and closing sites, payroll, benefits enrollment, and hiring processes.
• Travels locally and nationwide to support sites (typical travel 30%–50%).
• Keeps project leadership updated with regular HR-related progress and risk assessments.
