• Spot the bottleneck nobody mentions in the standup and unclog it.
• Coach manager stakeholders through the math behind a hard reallocation.
• Stand up the operating cadence that keeps Dothan, AL teams rowing the same direction.
• Carry the service-minded idea through the gauntlet of finance, legal, and ops.
• Run discovery with AL operators to find what the data won't show.
