Shape Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Athens, Alabama facility. You will develop and manage HR processes, policies, and programs across our manufacturing operations, partnering with Plant Leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, a strong generalist background, and proven ability to coach managers on performance, compensation, and conduct.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management; equivalent work experience may substitute.
• Minimum of five to seven years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Generalist background with broad knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and change management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HR processes, policies, and procedures aligned with law and policy.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to define HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Participate in workforce planning and business strategy as requested.
• Act as escalation point for employee relations issues and provide coaching on investigations.
• Oversee and drive consistency on disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Develop employee engagement and retention strategies and drive implementation.
• Train and coach managers on performance management, compensation, and Code of Conduct.
• Oversee performance management and calibration sessions for high performers.
• Perform market analyses to recommend wage and salary changes.
