Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior HR Director to build the people function from scratch. You will own talent acquisition, executive recruiting, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations, reporting directly to senior leadership.

You’ll headhunt and hire C-suite and senior leaders, design scalable HR systems, and ensure compliant processes across distributed US teams, including EOR/contractor frameworks. This is a 100% remote role.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a growing environment, scaling from ~40–50 to 100+ employees.
