Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of scientific/medical writing experience in biotech, HEOR, or medical communications.
• Experience authoring HEOR publications (manuscripts, congress presentations).
• Strong understanding of health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with global teams and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high scientific rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, writing and execution of HEOR publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials).
• Translate HEOR evidence (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, RWE, PRO, HCRU) into rigorous communications.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop integrated publication plans to support global value demonstration and access strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership for evidence-dissemination plans and governance.
