Recruit22 LLC. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to bridge business priorities with technology, data, process improvement, automation, and responsible AI. The role collaborates across business and technology teams to optimize operations and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive discovery, document processes and requirements, and translate needs into tech-driven solutions with testable success metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related field is required; advanced degree or cert a plus.
Seven+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related discipline.
Five+ years gathering requirements, solution design, testing, implementation, and adoption.
Strong elicitation, mapping, analysis, and UAT skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand objectives and system needs.
Lead discovery via interviews, workshops, observations, and data analysis.
Document current and future state processes and requirements.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate priorities into tech, data, automation, and AI use cases with metrics.
Support solution design and align business needs with capabilities.
Coordinate with engineering, data, operations, security, privacy, and vendors.
Develop test strategies, test cases, and coordinate UAT and defect resolution.
Support implementation planning, training, and change readiness.
Prepare analyses, recommendations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Facilitate sessions and maintain cross-functional alignment.
Monitor outcomes and recommend enhancements.
