Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects across the Eastern US. This role involves managing all phases from initiation to completion and travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities include planning, design, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and risk management, with oversight of a project delivery team to meet objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk.
• Define resources via pre-qualified lists or qualification process; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead project delivery team; provide guidance to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Create action plans and track progress; report status and variances; mitigate risks.
