Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor for a remote nationwide role. You will lead detailed coding audits, develop action plans, and mentor auditors while ensuring alignment with compliant revenue cycle practices.

The role emphasizes auditing excellence, ongoing education, and collaboration with leadership to drive accuracy and process improvements in healthcare coding and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare, acute coding, compliance, audits or related field.
• ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge including Acute Outpatient and Inpatient experience.
• Knowledge of Revenue cycle operations, auditing standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner or Meditech systems.
• Proficiency in Word & Excel; willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must maintain current certifications such as CHC, CPC, CCS, RHIA or RHIT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on acute care.
• Analyze findings and recommend actionable improvements to mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain Audit the Auditor program and related tools.
• Provide updates to Compliance leadership on MAPs and outcomes.
• Create training materials for audit processes and tools.
