True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a senior software delivery lead to drive production AI agent deployments for health systems, providers, and life sciences organizations. You will own technical delivery from initial client discussions through deployment and ongoing support, while shaping reusable platform capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years in software engineering, strong architecture skills, and experience with healthcare tech stacks, HIPAA, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Five to fifteen years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Ability to design end-to-end architectures and create architecture diagrams.
• Experience owning client-facing technical delivery from pre-sales to post-sale implementation.
• Strong communication skills for technical sessions with diverse audiences.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience, including HIPAA considerations.
• Fluency with JS/Node.js/TypeScript/Python/Next.js/React and cloud infra (AWS or GCP).
• Experience building data or ML pipelines and familiarity with LLM systems or AI agents.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations through implementation and post-launch support.
• Design and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms while meeting HIPAA rules.
• Facilitate technical sessions and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Make architectural decisions, scope integrations, and resolve deployment challenges in client environments.
• Share deployment learnings and develop reusable components for future customer implementations.
