Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from early client discussions through launch, bringing field insights back to the platform.
• Own client engagements from pre-sales and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Design and build production AI agent systems that connect with EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs while addressing HIPAA requirements.
• Lead technical working sessions, make architecture decisions, and resolve technical challenges with clients.
