Onward is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in healthcare segments. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline development through contract execution, and partner with Customer Success for a smooth handoff post-sale.

You will forecast, maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot), and shape go-to-market strategy with leadership. This is a quota-bearing, senior IC role with remote-eligible work across the US.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of B2B healthcare sales or business development.
• Experience in SAAS products for health systems, PACE, payers, or care coordination.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for healthcare prospects including Health Systems, Hospitals, and PACE.
• Develop outreach strategies, value propositions, and presentations aligned with goals.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, build pricing models, and negotiate terms with leadership and legal.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead sales-to-Customer Success handoff and enable post-sale implementation.
